I asked our Facebook group what they thought were some tips to run a successful direct sales business and Trina answered:
Communication! Building a team and/or customer base is not any good to you if you do not communicate! When you add a team member, keep in touch with them. Don’t let them start and then disappear. Check back periodically to see if they have questions or need help with anything. When you get a customer, make sure they know the payment and checkout process and then thank them. Don’t “take their money and run”. Word can and will get around!
